Personalized coaching by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA - CSCS) to help you reach your physical goals and optimize your athletic potential. Whether you are an athlete wanting to excel at your sport or someone wanting to loose weight or gain strength, we can work together to accomplish your goals and so much more! 

Programing is done virtually through the Teambuildr App. If you live in the Charlotte, NC area we can discuss in-person training options.

4-Week Personalized Training Plan

Individualized training program & resources to help you meet your fitness goals!

 

We will work together to assess your needs & goals and from there create a 1-month training program.

 

You will receive:

  • A 45-minute consult call to assess your needs, discuss any limitations, and create goals

  • 4-week training plan based on your needs and goals

  • 1 Month access to Teambuildr where you will receive and log your training sessions

  • Weekly video exercise analysis and feedback

  • Bi-weekly 15-minute check-in call

  • Access to an easy-to-use system and access to a personal chat feature for easy communication and contact

  • Video explanations of exercises prescribed linked to the workout

 

*A waiver must be signed before any training program is prescribed
